Pros (+) The guy who checked us in was nice.
Cons (-) 1. Had trouble getting door open from outside. 2. Bedspread was grossly stained. 3. Room smelled slightly smokey - why do you have an ashtray in the room? 4. Maybe some signs would remind guests that yelling at 1 am or letting dogs bark at 1 am or 5 am will wake people. 5.
