I paid for a King size bed with pool side view. Non smoking. I got 2 queen beds with a roof view. The room smelled like cigarettes. There were syrup stains on the coffee table. When you open the shades instead of a pool view, you get a magnificent view of the roof. Very Romantic

Pros (+) Comfortable beds, room had a balcony overlooking the pool/parking lot which was nice.
Cons (-) Free breakfast would’ve been nice, although the Sheraton has a travel rewards type thing that gives you that perk, so I’m not annoyed by it

Pros (+) Front desk was wonderful at check-in. Room was well appointed, comfortable and clean. Amenities were great. Restaurant was excellent with prompt, courteous service and food was delicious.

Pros (+) Irma was brutal. Thankfully the people at Sheraton had a room available. Everything was nice. The restaurant, even on limited menu, was fantastic. The staff was great.

Pros (+) We were assigned to the Club floor. The room was very comfortable. Plenty of room to move around and not get in each others way. The bedding and linens were were excellent, the mattress was perfect and the linens were soft not scratchy. The bathroom was large with plenty of space to put our personal toiletries. Pros (+) The pool and lobby are nice but that is it really.
Cons (-) I had to kill a cockroach on my first night there and there is constant construction around the area. The rooms were also quite dusty.

Pros (+) The hotel was beautiful and new. The rooms were large and beds comfortable. The location was great, close to where we needed to be and easy to get in and out of. Breakfast buffet was delicious and the service was excellent. Check in was quick and efficient. Did not get to take advantage of the pool because the weather was rainy but we will come back to this hotel.
