Pros:First stay was exactly as requested. Adjoining rooms to accommodate our 6 person family with 4 children under age twelve. Second stay a mere two weeks later not so much....
Cons:Despite the fact that both stays were booked at the same time and were proceeded and followed with a phone call to the lodge to verify they were in fact adjoining rooms, we arrived with our family of 6 (4 children under age twelve) to find that one of our adjoining rooms had been provided to another guest and there were no adjoining rooms remaining. This was our 2nd stay in two weeks. The first was excellent, but this 2nd was completely unacceptable. We ended up with six people in a single room with two twin beds. I will never return to this lodge and would advise any seeking its comfort to NOT PAY IN ADVANCE as you will be stuck with what they allow you to have regardless of efforts made in advance to verify the amenities be correct and as you requested.
