The Awtrey House is nestled at the base of Neahkahnie Mountain, almost touching the Pacific Ocean on the Oregon coast, one of the most beautiful places in the world. Neahkahnie lies on a seven mile beach between the charming village of Manzanita and the majestic Neahkahnie cliffs. For over 100 years Neahkahnie has been known for its Northwest architecture and artists’ community. The Awtrey House continues this tradition with the distinct modern syle of architect James Cutler and the paintings of Neahkahnie artist, Pam Greene.
