Pros (+) When the HV/AC unit kicked in all I heard was a "click" and nothing more. This was the first time I have ever stayed in a motel where I was able to sleep through the night. Usually, those things sound like a freight train is coming through the room when they come on. This time -- nothing. This was worth the price of the room alone.
Cons (-) The walls are pretty thin. When the people above us awoke (a few hours earlier than we wanted to rise) we could hear them walking around -- just walking, no stomping. Also, the doors don't seal very well, so there was a couple outside our door, talking in low tones, but they sounded like they were in the room with us, because of the bad sealing door.
