The GA, as it is known locally, is the largest building in the centre of the picturesque town of Melrose, and is of a grand Victorian style although the original building is some 400 years old. The hotel has 29 guest bedrooms and also offers a public bar, Scott's Dining Room and three separate function and conference rooms.All guest rooms are en suite, offering either a shower facility or bath and shower.
