Pros (+) The location is great and there is a large pool for the kids.
Cons (-) We have been staying here for years, but this is the final year. It is DIRTY, and keeps getting dirtier each year. The pool is filthy and not well-maintained. Also, the hot tub was out of working order and seems like it had been that way for awhile. Room smelled moldy and musty, dead bugs in the room, and the whole place needs a good scrubbing. Pros (+) The location worked well for us. There was plenty of space in the room. It had a fridge. The beds were moderately comfy but the pullout was not. There were restaurants to walk to. In general it could use some updates but was serviceable.
Cons (-) The breakfast was bland. The hot tub was too hot and the pool too cold. The price was a bit high. The sheets had arrows drawn on them (to assist housekeeping we assumed) which seemed tacky.
