Pros (+) The hotel was clean and our room was comfortable. The hot tub was hot and the jets worked great. Breakfast was good, with a lot of variety to choose from.
Cons (-) The staff working the front desk couldn't be bothered to help. She answered the phone immediately after asking if she could help me, and remained on the phone the whole time. She did my check in paperwork, but then didn't give me any other info - times for breakfast, the pool/hot tub, even where the location of the elevator was.
