Hello I recently stayed at your river park hotel on Friday march 9th 2012 i booked this thru kayak.com .... your hotel states that is is clean and up to date and has a full service bar and rest

Checkin took for ever, especially when they had to look in a special location for Travelocity registrations.Finally we got a key and went to our room.... more on Travelocity

We had no heat in our room during a very cold period in Miami.They gave us three thin blankets and no price adjustment.Desk clerk was not friendly... more on Travelocity

The staff was friendly, the hotel was outdated. The bed was very uncomfortable. Valet parking is $25 per night, the hotel does not have a parking lot.... more on Travelocity
