For a holiday weekend with thousands of people going in and due to the location this facility only had 1 elevator working. People were waiting as long as 1/2hr for an elevator. I had to use the stairs more than 5 times. If you are charging a fee it is expected to have all elevators working. We should have to pay any fee with 1 elevator working.

Pros (+) Food at the cafe is amazing! Beach access is great!
Cons (-) The toilet looks like it’s from the 80’s! Constant AC leaking and poor draining! It need a update carpet wise cause during the leaking we discovered how dirty it was

Pros (+) Room and room service were excellent.
Cons (-) Despite booking a room with a king bed (all confirmation emails said king), they originally gave us a room with two double beds. Fortunately, they immediately switched us to the correct room once I asked.

Dollar for dollar it was the worst investment and I was very dissatisfied with the customer service despite being a rewards member.
