From South: Approach Midhurst on the A286 from Chichester via Singleton/Cocking. As you come into the town approaches, on a bend, you will see a brown tourist sign for the Spread Eagle Hotel to the right. Take this sign and approach the hotel passing South Pond on your left. The hotel is above this on the left hand side. From West: Approach Midhurst on the A272 from Petersfield/Winchester. You come to a mini-roundabout in the town, go straight across at this point into West Street. Follow this street right to the end, ignoring the fact that you are passing the hotel on the right. Turn right at the junction (One way system) and then indicate right almost immediately the hotel entrance is at the end of the brick wall/hedge. From East: Approach Midhurst on the A272 from Petworth/Billingshurst. You come to a mini-roundabout, go straight across over the Mill Race bridge and carry on up the High Street. Go through the two sets of pedestrian traffic lights and take the next turning left.
