Pros (+) So many different amenities around the facility. Very fun and always something to do.
Cons (-) The inside hot tub was not warm at all. Matter of fact it was colder than the pool.

Pros (+) I like the theme. The room was clean, cozy and European feeling. The staff was warm and helpful, even checking in at 11:30 at night!
Cons (-) Though the place was cozy, it did seem a bit dated. New carpet would go a long way!

Pros (+) I loved how close the location was to the outdoor winter activities we had planned. The resort is surrounded by beautiful mountainous scenery. The hotel offers free valet as well. The amenities that were available were nice too.. The gym had a vast amount of equipment and even a dance studio section with mirrors. There was also a sauna, and a steam room (was out of order). Cons (-) The rooms look old and worn down, and one of the queen beds in the room had some staining on it. The second bed would creek when someone even 50 lbs (my child for example) would sit on it. I informed the front desk receptionist of the issue, but housekeeping never came up to change out those sheets.
