The staff were friendly, and our child was happy to receive a welcome cookie. However, there were no luggage carts/trolleys available to transport our suitcases, and the staff didn’t seem particularly proactive in helping. As a result, we had to make multiple trips back and forth to our room and carry four suitcases ourselves.

I liked the friendliness, the breakfast and the rooms. The breakfast was good as well. However, the airport shuttle can be improved on, especially the pick-up. I had to wait for close to 45 Minutes in the cold before I eventually got picked up even after calling.

Pros (+) We had an unexpected overnight in Toronto when flight was cancelled. Booked a large room with a king bed. The room was lovely. Very comfortable bed, quiet room and met our needs.
Cons (-) We booked a large King bed, when I arrived front desk said you want two queens, no we booked a king. Oh we will give you a complimentary upgrade. Saying it was the booking site's error that you paid for basic room. But I did not, in fact I booked a room a few categories up. Shuttle took 45 minutes to pick us up after we called them.
