Very nice place. Quick check-in and courteous staff. Would stay again.
Breakfast was very good. The swimming pool was great and the room was very clean.
The room is a little small from what I prefer, and I have staid in other hotels with 2 queen beds.
Overall amazing experience. The staff were amazingly friendly. Really friendly, not friendly because it's their job. Extremely helpful. Wonderful accommodations and the accessible rooms were very convenient.
Signage is poor and it is hard to find.
Room was very clean. Staff very friendly.
Water slide could be open same hours as pool.
Free full breakfast in morning
Of course cheaper rates are always nice
The hotel was super. From check-in to check-out. The breakfast was great! They even opened up a meeting room when the breakfast room was full to allow people to sit down and eat. I loved that they gave us the password for the internet at check-in so that my Dad could get on-line without having to play 20 questions.
A minor misunderstanding almost lead to a disappointing stay. The manager at this hotel was phenomenal. She went way out of her way to make us feel at home, taking time away from the many things that I'm sure she had to do in order to resolve the issue. I'm very thankful that she happened to be there, stepped out of her office to work with us and I would definitely state at this hotel again. Rooms were comfortable and, most important to the two 8-year-olds I was traveling with, the pool slide (check on the full website for days it's open) was super awesome fun. It's always nice to get a good solid breakfast, complete with protein, without having to leave the hotel first. The man who checked us in at 2:00 AM was very nice, and it was great to find out that the parking lot was safe enough to leave a portion of our immense horde of objects in the car. We had room 202 and it was very quiet. It wasn't the most luxurious hotel I've ever stayed in, but definitely the best crises based custome...
It was very clean with very few other guests. The continental breakfast in the morning was very well stocked and an employee kept it that way. The bed was a bit soft. Also, the pool was a little chilly. I think we would have had to be constantly doing laps to stay warm. This was a big disappointment and it was a big draw for my toddler.
I have stayed in several Holiday Inn Expresses in several states and have always gotten polite and friendly service and a clean and comfortable room.
Thought the room was very nice. The weather was brutally cold when we stayed there and with minus 20 degree temperatures my diesel truck wouldn't start the next day. While I was out trying to start it the onshift manager came out and offered his services, including jump starting my truck. That was really appreciated given the weather. The only negative was one of the cleaning people called in sick on our second day there so rather then call a replacement they just didn't clean our rooms. That was upsetting to us since we were there for a funeral and didn't really feel like having to deal with dirty, wet towels before the funeral while we were trying to clean up.
Don't know what's up with the bad reviews, this is a brand new hotel that just opened up summer of 2008! Previous reviewers couldn't have stayed there those dates.
