Pros (+) Cute Clean Great bedding Some rooms renovated Great location Free parking 2 min away from the beach
Cons (-) I would have given it an outstanding review but an army of drunk kids kept us up all night. Suggest hiring a security guard to enforce the quiet hours, or warn your "chiller" guests to close the windows before bed.

Pros (+) staff was friendly, had full cable/hbo, bed was comfy, close to beach/restaurants/bars..
Cons (-) numerous discolored spots on bedding made girlfriend uneasy/uncomfortable, room was outdated and i would say only worth $40-50 but cost $90. was there in the offseason and it was $90, can't imagine how much it is in the summer..
