The 210-hectare Barcelo Playa Montelimar is the only All-Inclusive Hotel in Nicaragua, and is located on the western coast of the Nicaraguan Pacific, 40 miles from Managua, and 45 miles from Augusto International Airport. Hotel amenities include the two swimming pools (one has a snack bar), bar on the beach, Jacuzzi, gym, two tennis courts, soccer field, mini golf course, athletic track, horseback riding school, hairdresser, massage service, pharmacy, spacious terraces and gardens, gift shop, jewelry boutique, travel agency, discotheque, casino, and zoo. There are 4 restaurants: two a la carte specializing in international cuisine, one buffet-style restaurant, and a fourth specializing in charcoal-grilled meats.
