The bed is amazingly comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. If your room is facing the walking trail, it can be quite noisy.

Pros (+) We loved being on the ocean. The location was fantastic for enjoying sea life and kayaking. We also liked the kindness of the staff.
Cons (-) The bed and the pillows could have been more comfortable. The cables around the balcony were also unsightly, but the view and ambience made up for it.

Pros (+) Rooms are beautiful. Vanity makeup area to get ready in, and spacious shower. Bed was extremely comfortable, almost the same as my bed from home. Staff had superb customer service skills and went above and beyond to make our stay easier. Rooftop sun deck gives amazing views down the coast from a jacuzzi! Would definitely come back again.

Pros (+) View was AMAZING! Bed and pillows were sooo comfortable! Bathroom was beautiful! Everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond!
Cons (-) The room came with robes which is a plus, but they were very itchy so I didn't end up using it.

Pros (+) This place is amazing. Although ostensibly it doesn't look over the top, it is a quietly classy place. Our receptionist, Tiana, helped us throughout our stay and she is the sweetest and most accommodating representative (although everyone we met just went over the top, from the concierge to the bellhops to Ryan the cars concierge).
