Pros (+) The hotel is aesthetically nice.
Cons (-) The customer service is TERRIBLE!!! The staff is pretentious and rude! Everything is expensive for the value you get. Not worth the money! will never go back there again even if you paid me and I travel all over the world at 5 star resorts.
