Did not like anything, they didn’t have the car I booked and the only other option was twice as expensive and would use 4 times the gas.Cons:

I have been in Napa Valley for 6 months and have rented cars from Enterprise 6 different occasions. Sami was always pleasant and professional. That is a very busy car rental office and every time I was there it was busy and Sami and her Staff where always happy and eager to accommodate. YOU can always tell when a location has a good leader by the way the Staff treats their guests and their attitude. I have told all the associates and concierge to use and refer Enterprise Rent a Car on Soscol Road in Napa Valley. Love and will miss you Sami!!! Mary Beth GualtieriHertz

I made two reservations with the correct confirmation number for both of them. At the time that I went to the rental office to pick it up the car they told me that they DONT HAVE ANY CAR AVAILABLE!!..Not even one of them were available. Worse service ever.2.0 Poor
