Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. The Meritage Resort is currently completing an expansion on the western adjacent property of the resort. This affects the views of several guestrooms and will also affect the lobby and pool areas of the resort February through early March 2012. With your upmost comfort and enjoyment we are working to ensure that the resort remains as aesthetically pleasing as possible. The existing resort including meeting space, our restaurant, Siena, and The Estate Cave including Spa Terra and Trinitas Tasting room are not affected by the expansion.
