Front desk people was super nice.
Crew (not front desk) was very rude and non-polite.Great hotel for the value, nice location, rooms are quiet, make sure you ask to stay at 3rd floor, that's where the ice and vending machines are.
Room was clean, staff friendly, and located close enough to walk to tourist spots but located far enough from late night partying that guests can get a good nights sleep.
Room was small.Room was clean, staff friendly, and located close enough to walk to tourist spots but located far enough from late night partying that guests can get a good nights sleep. Except for the small size of the room ( ok for two people but no more) everything was awesome!
Minimal foot traffic, and quiet.
There is no pool. The hotel was nice, quiet, and close to Canal Street. It would be much better if they expanded their breakfast selections, maybe add waffles, eggs, any addition to compliment their bread, pastries, juice, and cereal.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms and hotel very clean and a GREAT location about a 10 minute walk to everything downtown business Bourbon St. the superdome and the French quarter.
there was no parking and the public parking got expensive
The central location between the Superdome and the French Quarter.
The bathtub was in an odd place because the bathroom was small. The Queen & Crescent is a charming, updated older hotel judging by the fixtures and floor plans. It's charm and location is a must in NOLA!
Beautiful room in a beautiful historic building.I was very pleasantly surprised. I felt I was staying in an elegant historic hotel with beautiful furniture without the high cost. The free wifi and a continental breakfast (with eggs) were also plusses. I'd highly recommend.
Very nice looking. Few blocks away from Bourbon Street, some restaurants, and other places of intrest.
The air condition wasn't working properly. At night it was cooler outside. This hotel was a eye friendly place. Very secure. The main door was locked at all times you use your room key to unlock it. Rooms had a safe for your personals. I would stay there again.
Proximity to events
Air conditioning was broken, in early August!
Prices, Location & Presentation..
The rooms are rather small especially the restroom.. Wish it was a bit more lighting besides the small lamps over bed!Overall I would stay again & recommend to many! It was available on a very very busy weekend, not exspensive! Parking was a bit over priced but I enjoyed the stay & enviroment! I thank the hotel & front desk clerk for meeting our needs! Please change the lighting & update the tv's..
