Super slow elevators, dark and dank environment. Personnel tucked behind plexi glass, not very welcoming environment but par for the course for New London's depressing environment.

Cons (-) I made the reservation I need to cancel within a couple of hours for business purposes and was charged full price that is absolutely ridiculous I paid it I will never use KAYAK again
