Cons (-) Was told it was a conference center / riverfront view but was actually an entrance view with the front of the hotel covering any possible conference / riverfront view. Unable to change due to availability of room type. First day, room was not fully stocked with towels and soaps as the other days

Cons (-) It would have been helpful to have clear instructions regarding the fact that an airport shuttle should be booked 24 hours in advance. I was not aware and had to order a cab.
