Hotel was severely understaffed, one person for the whole hotel (receptionist), rooms werent cleaned, receptionist was having to go clean it herself, mantainance problems, room door would not lock, safe in the room didnt work. Very poor experience

My 2 night stay was charged in full the day I booked. There was no cancellation, which is fine. I arrived at 6pm (check in started at 3pm) after a long travel. My room was not ready, they needed to clean one??? Yet check out is 11am and I was charged for my room, so they knew I was coming.
