Pros (+) Nothing.
Cons (-) That place is falling apart. Rooms are run down, not clean...run the other way! They shouldn’t have any stars at all.

Pros (+) For the price, I was pretty sure it was going to be a hostel-type room, but it wasn't! While quite small, it was just what I needed.
Cons (-) The fire doors slamming.

Pros (+) Excellent location near Carnegie Hall and Central Park. Nice Italian bar and restaurant right next door. Metro stop just around the corner. It worked nicely for our short over-night stay.
Cons (-) Room was very small: we would not like having to spend time indoors. No lobby for lounging. Not a good place for an extended stay.

Cons (-) The light wouldn't stay on in bathroom, no remote, one bed up against wall so it's hard to get into. Basically clean. Pitiful breakfast.
