Coming to NY NJ is much faster of a commute to the City than Brooklyn and our place with the train station across the street, makes a difference compared to other 5 mile places from the city that require additional transportation to the buses to New York (Not mentioning traffic lights and traffic jam)Private rooms in a clean house located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, easily accessible from NYC midtown (Times Square/New York Penn Station). Close enough to all Manhattan attractions to visit them within minutes, but far enough not to be bothered by the noise and crowds. So why spend $250/night to stay at a hotel in New york when you can reach Times Square in 15 min from our house, with most reasonable rates.Our house is ideal for Independent Guests.
