Pros (+) That they refunded for the night I did not stay since by then I found a better one. Room itself (no the bathroom) is renovated. Good bed.
Cons (-) Cleanliness, carpet and seats very dirty and stain all over the hotel. Customer service I felt insecure in this hotel.

Pros (+) The room was clean and comfortable. Nice extras like toiletries safe in the room, coffee ☕ in the room, etc. Free continental breakfast was excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Motel is an older one and needs some refurbishment. Very convenient to airport. Great bar/restaurant on property.

Pros (+) The continental breakfast was OK. However, could have had blueberries and bananas to put on the waffles.
Cons (-) Clerks never smiled. They appeared to not like their job. They just went through the motions. Bathroom was not cleaned well. Long hair and cheetos on floor. Soap scum on counter top. Tub drain clogged. Bathroom sink drain slow.

Cons (-) Staff guy was very rude and then waved at my girlfriend with extremely offensive comment to me after I booked my room with credit card he waited to wave at my girlfriend after we parked never will I go back or suggest anyone to go back for that reason
