Pros:Good b'fast, lots of variety, not just the usual bread/rolls/cereal and milk/juice. Clean room. Firm mattress. Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons:There were a collection of minor things that, to me, brought this hotel down from a 3 star, to a 2+ star. The outside sign did not turn on at dark. Brought this to the evening clerk's attention, she left a note for maintenance. Hopefully it's fixed. How is anyone supposed to know the hotel is there without an outside lit sign? Lobby elevator "UP" button sometimes intermittent, did not always work first time, every time. One elevator's "2" button appears to be held together with tape. Really? Got in late, went to bed early. Attempted to operate the A/C, buttons wouldn't work. Not until the next morning (in the daylight) discovered that the A/C was "remoted" to a wall thermostat. No notice from the front desk about the upgrade. THAT would have been nice to know. All minor things, and each individually not enough to pay attention to, but all together enough to upgrade or downgrade a "rating" by 1/2 star. Would I stay again? Most likely. It was a decent hotel overall. Just need to correct a few minor things to REALLY bring up the ratings ratings from a 3 star, to a 3+ star. It's the little things that catch people's attention, that they remember.

Pros:The staff was very courteous and accommodating. The room was clean and we had enough towels for the entire stay. Some hotels only provide enough towels for one person even though there are multiple guests staying and you have to constantly bug the front desk for more towels. Not a problem here! I would definitely stay here again

Pros:Location is good (for traveling north, not for visiting LV), staff was very accommodating
Cons:BAD smell in the room, only warm water for shower (turn on the tap for a period of time, there is NO hot water......)
Pros:All of the staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpf, from the person at the desk to housekeeping. The fitness center has the basic cardio machines you'd expect, along with medicine and yoga balls, and a full set of dumb bells. There's a complimentary breakfast until 10am where you can get pastries and such--you could make your own waffles! They also had stuff like cereal, boiled eggs, juice. One thing about this hotel that we really liked and took advantage of several times a day was that there is a complimentary coffee and tea service available in the lobby. It was great to always have coffee available to us free of charge with no wait.
Cons:Location wasn't the greatest, but that's not why we stayed here. We just needed a place to stay on our road trip as we were passing through.
Pros:It's exactly what you expect from a Hampton. Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms. Good Brekkie. Good price.
Cons:As is usually the case in this type of hotel, my only complaint is the loud window AC unit. It woke me up several times. Why do these hotels still use those???
