QUEEN'S INN BY THE RIVER is a unique piece of property hosting an 8-room Inn, a Wine Bar and the Idle Hour Winery, Oakhurst’s first winery, where we make handcrafted wines. Our wines are produced in small lots. We use sustainably grown grapes and make the wine gently, using gravity flow and other traditional methods. We produce Viognier, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Barbera, Pitite Sirah, Cabernet Franc, Tinta Coa & Touriga Nacional. We are located on a tranquil riverside 5½ acres just off of State Highway 41. We are only 13 miles south of Yosemite National Park and just 5 miles from beautiful Bass Lake; one of the premier recreational lakes in California. Our rooms have been completely renovated for maximum comfort and relaxation, and for your convenience, while at the Inn, we are pleased to offer you the enchantment of our Wine Bar & Beer Garden.
