I left my iPad in the hotel when I checked out and when I realized it 30 min later, I called the hotel and asked them to retrieve the iPad for me and give it to a colleague who was still at the hotel.

Horrible

The front desk staff was rude and dismissive. There were large stains on the carpet and sofa. There was hair all over the sheets and upon deeper inspection, I found bed bugs in between the mattresses
