Pros (+) Clean enough. Bed was fine.
Cons (-) Lock broken on door. Heater fan squeaking loudly all night. Outside entrance. 2 block walk to breakfast outdoors in the rain. Showerhead cheap and not a comfortable stream. No adjustment. And so on.
