The room had water damage and there was mold. They did a terrible job at patching it. There were bedbugs. I grabbed my stuff and went to sleep in my car. I was too tired to complain right away because it was past midnight and had to wake up at 5:30. Funny, when I complained the next day, the receptionist asked if I was the one who called at 3 am, meaning that, someone else had the same situation. ...

Pros (+) Location is good, allows pets

Cons (-) Poor cleaning standards, tired furnishings, sloppy bedding, doors don't latch properly, mold and mildew in the shower. Advertises enhanced cleaning for covid but limits cleaning service to every 4 days?! Basically just a ploy to limit staff costs.

Pros (+) This hotel was great! The only problem I had was that the description both on this site and theirs along with signs in the actual hotel stated that there was a restaurant and lounge on the property. There was not. Other than that everything else was wonderful.
