As soon as you open the hotel door, you take a trip back in time. Many prominent artists and personalities have appreciated its location and its simple, old-fashioned atmosphere. Several restaurants and the Shakespeare & Co bookstore are just a few steps away, and the Viviani Garden is in front of the property. Pros:Location was great, I liked the fact I could open the windows nice and wide, the view overlooking the park and (to the left) Notre Dame was nice, and the front desk staff were fun and helpful.
Cons:The floor (carpet) in my room was disgusting, i.e very dirty.
