Pros (+) The welcoming and very helpful staff, cleanliness of rooms, and above all, the excellent location.
Cons (-) The room service was poor. We had a baby and we used to order warm milk twice a day. They gave us hot milk one day, watered down the other, cold another, and so on, even though every day we asked for a glass of warm milk. I guess it all depends on who is on the shift.
