Pros:Mattress was ok. Quiet.
Cons:Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Bed spreads had burn wholes and stains on both. Roaches where on floor behind refrigerator. I have pics. Will never stay at Redroof again and will not recommend to anyone to stay at the one I did Very disappointed.

Pros:shannen at the front desk bent over backwards to ensure i had a room after a third party booking company left me hanging. she is polite courteous and very knowledgeable of her abilities and the position she holds. 2 BIG THUMBS UP to the supervisory staff who assigned such a highly qualified professional to that position. i have no doubt she will continue to make you dividends on your excellent choice. and maybe a raise might be in order here . .. ?

Cons:The rooms are just photo shoot, very much different when you lodge in one. The bathroom is like a landing strip for Boeing 747 or space shuttle. .Very horrible, every time the shower is turned on. .absolutely disappointed.

Pros:I don't know.... Never got to see the room or anything of the hotel.
Cons:After reserving a room online then going to check in, we were told they were booked up the night before and were told there was no room available for us. After driving from out of state we had to spend hours trying to find a place to stay. We were in town for my Mothers 80th surprise Birthday party....The surprise was on me I guess.. no room and ended up late to the party.
