Our cost quoted by Kayak was $164 for 1 night. We were charged $254. Reception said there were resort charges, gate charges, cleaning charges, etc. This was never disclosed at check in when I presented the Kayak reservation. We will never stay at this property again.

Pros (+) Convenient location to highway 17. Could not beat the price. Microwave, fridge, coffee maker was a plus. Very comfortable. It suited our purpose since we needed a clean,safe place to sleep one night.
Cons (-) Somewhat dated, i.e., very small tv, although we didn't go there to watch tv. View of parking lot and would have preferred view of the ocean.

Cons (-) The staff was rude. We were sent to our room at 4:00, which is check in, but it was not ready. Has to wait in the hall for 30 minutes until they were donever. There was plastic over our door and construction worker in the hall way. We were not told of renovations going on. The staff was rude and did not care that we missed our dinner reservations. Cons (-) It only had a 21" TV The elevator was incredibly slow and got stuck twice The ice machines in both buildings were broken and the staff offered no solution.

Cons (-) No ice machine? We booked a room with a private porch and a room with a safe. We got neither. Poor signage on the property led to numerous headaches.
