Pros (+) I like the fact it has a pool and jacuzzi.
Cons (-) One of the clerks at check in could have smiled. She was like robot. The others were more friendly looking. Other than that everythng was fine. Pool and jacuzzi looked a little unclean but it was because it was a windy day and leaves from the trees kept falling on them. But i really liked the location. The set up. The towel service. Thanks :)

Pros (+) It's in the right location and the overall price is ok (but not for the lack of cleanliness)
Cons (-) First there is an early check in fee, and their standard checkin time is 3pm, not 10 to 11am like most other places. Second when I got there to check in, a lady was complaining about the call she got charging her for dirty towels. She said she used the towels to clean her feet and the floor. Pros (+) I liked that it is close to downtown.
Cons (-) The hotel need to be remodeled. The tub and toilet seat was peeling. The elevators were extremely dirty. The wakl from the parking garage to the hotel is a little scary at night, since you have to pass dumpsters.

Pros (+) The location is the only great thing.
Cons (-) The cleaning staff was very rude. Mainly an older looking Hispanic lady. They are selling drugs on the 4th and 5th floor. They even offered to sell me some on the elevator. Both floors have a huge marihuana smell. I told the front desk but it looks like they're in with them because nothing was done about it. don't take your family and just watch yourself.
