the lady at the front desk was supernice and even came by the room to see if verything was ok or if we needed anything
very suprised that it wld even be klisted on your website a 'hole in the wall' place
It was stale and run down the towels were small and ended up costing me 20$ over what price line qouted.
All of it
The location is just on the outskirts of downtown so convenient. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
The place is a little run down. The hotel (or more like a motel really) was just on the outskirts of the nicer looking downtown. For the price I wasn't expecting much...and I was about right. The rooms are a bit run down, but if you're not a clean freak or looking for high-end luxury this place will suit you fine. The big plus for me was the friendly staff. They gave us cookies upon arrival and included breakfast which I was not expecting. I kinda liked that it was a bit old and funky. All around, for the price, I'm glad I chose it. Probably wouldn't want to stay longer than a few nights though.
Price compared to others in the same area.
Website was very misleading making it seem like a nice motel. Freshly painted but appeared to have painted over imperfections. Room was very small. Vehicles in front parking stalls that appeared abandoned.
Close to us airways center
The carpet was gross, not clean, and I found a paper clip that was blackened on one end on the floor, pretty sure it was drug paraphernalia.Bring your own cleaning supplies and slippers so you don't have to walk on the nasty carpet. There is not a door latch for security. Windows could easily be opened from outside, I did not feel safe.
close to Central Avenue in Downtown Phoenix. McDonalds across the street. Taxi service was quick and efficient.
One star. Didn't expect much. No phone in the room. Shower kind of moldy. Rug old. Room small.TV worked. But, I was on a budget and needed a room close to the Heard museum I was visiting the next day, so it was what I eThis hotel is within a mile of the Heard Indian Museum which I have wanted to see for many years. Their courtyard is beautiful so get there early before opening. Lunch time is a nice very clean experience in the courtyard. The bookstore is also very comprehensive. The University of Arizona is also on Central Avenue on the way to the museum and so is the Art Museum. All within a 1/2 mile of each other so plan a nice day on Central Avenue in the heart of downtown Phoenix.
