Pros (+) Staff was helpful and welcoming. However, we were there only one night for a funeral and asked for a late check out because we arrived later in the evening. They did accommodate us with an extra hour of stay.
Cons (-) But when we arrived the heat in the room was set at 90 degrees. Very uncomfortable and it was unbearable. We turned the heat down and went to dinner but there are her few options at night. Our late check out was,met by much grumbling from housekeeping that it was a major inconvenience for them.
