Pros (+) Location was convenient for school and relatively quiet.
Cons (-) Evening mixers could have been better, more variety, better quality food and drink. Neighbors were very noisy with door slams and activity though we had requested a quiet area. The AC was very loud and watching TV was futile with the constant volume changes. TVs need to be updated and include streaming services. Fridge did not get cold though freezer worked great. Pros (+) Great stay. For the first time in a long time, we found very little wrong with hotel! The staff was over the top friendly, the breakfast was stocked and delicious, the bed was super comfortable. The room was clean and well stocked with supplies just wish they had Q-tips! There was also an awesome kitty on the stairs that was super friendly!!!
Cons (-) The ONLY complaint I had was the tub drain was missing an O-Ring so it didn't hold water and you could tell the in room air filter was not changed often enough.

Pros (+) The hotel was very beautiful and clean. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly.
Cons (-) I didn't like the fact that there was no one to help the guest with their bags. I am pregnant and I asked the front desk if there is anyone to assist the guest with their bags. They didn't even bother to give any help in that regard.
