Pros (+) Near the beach, very close to the ferry drop off, free breakfast and bear a lot of other businesses.
Cons (-) Did not care for the inflated spring break pricing but I can't blame them for doing that when their competitors are doing the same.

Pros (+) Attentive staff. Nice pool area, clean, 3 blocks from beach, accurate local recommendations for food vehicles, etc. 24 hour coffee is a nice touch.
Cons (-) add room darkening curtains. Maybe some improvement to the fruit and yogurt selection at breakfast.
