Riverdale Motel is located in Portland, Connecticut, on Route 66, approximately 4 miles east of Middletown and 15 miles south of Hartford. We are one of the few hotels or motels to service central Connecticut east of the river and the most convenient place to stay when visiting the towns of Portland, East Hampton, Hebron, Colchester, Marlborough, Moodus, and East Haddam.
We are a friendly, family-run motel, with 47 clean, quiet, spacious rooms. All rooms have refrigerators, telephones, room thermostats, air-conditioning and cable TV.
