Cons:When we check into it when it was obvious that somebody had been in there probably right out of the pool the towels are used the floor was dirty and wet on the outside of the staff was very friendly and moved us to another room immediately

Cons:First of all, it was overbooked and they didn’t have a room for us. They sent us to another hotel. I asked for an upgrade due to the inconvenience and they said they couldn’t! In fact, the room we got was in the OLD RUNDOWN section of that hotel, so the room quality was quite poor. My children and I have stayed at Buffalo Bills before and were happy there. The one they sent us to came with a mini fridge that didn’t work, the floors were creaky and uneven, and we had someone knocking on our door asking us when we were checking out 1.5 hours before check our time! Pros:I was refunded $18 resort fee due to the fact that the air conditioner was so loud it kept us awake all night long. It sounded like a diesel truck in our room
Cons:The facility was filthy. The chairs in the casino needed reupholstering. They were cracked and torn and very dirty. When I won a small amount of money my drivers license and Social Security were taken away from me and gone from my vision for over 15 minutes.

Cons:Arrived at midnight with a reservation to a line of people being helped by just one employee. There were desks for 10 employees but for some reason we had to wait for a half hour in a small line that got a lot bigger after we arrived. I can only imagine how long the people behind us had to wait.

Pros:After THOROUGH investigation there was no evidence of bed bugs in our room.
Cons:The ONLY reason we did not ask for a refund and leave this place was because we were too far from anything better. Inside the room: the floors have NEVER been vacuumed as the corners of the room had thick layer of dust. We never let anything but the bottom of our shoes touch the floor. It was so disgusting. Our room reaked of human urine. The ONLY clean thing in this room was the sheets. The shower had dead insects (cockroaches ect) in the shower door tracks. There were hair balls and nastiness behind the toilet. The bathroom reaked. I am certain it has not been cleaned in years! Outside the rooms: There were cigarettes butts and beer bottles all over hallway floors. The ice machine was so disgusting we bought ice at the gas station. It had trash and mold all over the drain and the floor. There was blood drippings on the hotel door entrance. Trash filled the outside planters. The pool: there were 3 pool attendants/lifeguards all sitting around. There was soggy pizza crust and soaked candy on the ground next to the hot tub. The pool was FILLED with tons of debris and leaves. That really is not that big of a deal, but with 3 pool attendants maybe someone could have done some basic cleaning. The pool was FRIDGID! Not just a little cold, frigid! Don’t stay here. Stop in Las Vegas or push on to California. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. We have a 2 year old who could not sit the car any longer after 12hrs from Colorado. After the pool we looked at all our options to leave. We decided to walk around the outlet mall across the street for a couple of hours to kill time. We came back to the room slept quickly and woke up at 3am to get back on the road and the heck out of Primm,NV. #primmnotproper
