Pros (+) Clean room, friendly staff, good clean place to use for sleeping and showering. It was quiet while I was there.
Cons (-) Not the best neighborhood but I have stayed in worse, if your uncomfortable with the creatures of the night then stay inside after dark, the locals didn't seem to be a problem on the property though.I was on the ground floor and the bathroom window didn't lock so I went to home depot and bought some screw on window locks for $3 so I could feel comfortable.
