Pros (+) I like the cleanliness and the home like feel of the room for a very affordable rate. Checking in was a breeze and so was checking out and the staff was very friendly
Cons (-) I'm not sure how maid service is supposed to work, but I left my room for the day and expected my room to be clean when I got back and it wasn't. Also the parking lot was full of trash from the night before when I left that afternoon

Pros (+) The hotel was easy for us to find and convient for all our needs. The staff was quick to answer any requests from us.
Cons (-) We requested a room with double beds, but were assigned a room with only a single bed. When we pointed this out, we were told that because we booked through booking.com, that was a "preferred" not an assigned room. In addition we were told a full breakfast was included, but it turned out to be a "coffee" bar--in other words coffee and breakfast bars, maybe muffins. Not at all what we were told.
