Check in was difficult enough. Front desk lady lost my reservation. Room was awful. towels were stained and dirty. the room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. Breakfast was wate

We arrived early but he front staff said that our room wasn't ready. It took 2HOURS for them to prepare it. When we got in it was blisteringly hot and not only would the a.c.c not turn on but the pool
