Pros (+) Room was clean.
Cons (-) If for some bizarre reason teenagers are allowed to race up and down the halls on luggage carts from 2am to 4am while loudly yelling, just know that no one will be around to remove them. Also, don't back your vehicle under any trees on site unless you want sugar ants everywhere in your vehicle searching for water.

Pros (+) Access to the outside through slider door. Two ways into the room. Very convenient with the animals. Great RL toiletries, good, in room coffee, micro fridge. Although electrical was old fashioned, they had a few upgraded features (lamp and alarm cube) that improved charging convenience. Close to both freeways. Kleenex in room. Pet friendly, with fair appealing pet policy.
Cons (-) Some staff weren't very professional. Paying for breakfast??? Charging for "incidentals" but not mentioning it. Housekeeping was pushy, borderline obnoxious. Room was extremely dated. Bathroom extremely dated. Would have been preferable to have a bathtub. Carpet in room was pretty gross. AC worked poorly. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Linens were rough, not comfortable. Pros (+) Lots of restaurants nearby. Gas station next door. Able to park close to my room.
Cons (-) Old fashioned. Lobby needs a new look. Sliding door to patio hard to open. “Private” patio not private at all.

Pros (+) The bathroom seemed newly renovated and looked nice. They also furnished a unique set of soap/shampoo/conditioner/bodywash/lotion. Comforting front lobby. Complimentary bottle of spring water in the room also.
Cons (-) Our room smelled exactly like my grandmother's house and had a similar old-fashioned appearance. In-room coffee cups were not clean. Pool was open in February, but needed some leaves/debree cleaned out.

Cons (-) Someone was trying to get into our room at midnight. I was told a downstairs room but given an upstairs one. Lots of walking to get to the room.
