The swing bar door lock was non existent, as it was broken off the door, just the base with the screws were left. The swing bar on the door frame was loose and missing screws, so if it was complete, it would have ripped off the door. There was a live bug in a pillow. It was switched out right away. Cons (-) We got in late at night. We checked in and went to our room. When I opened the door, the safety latch got caught on the door and locked us out. I went back downstairs and told the attendant. She came up with a tool and tried to unlatch it. It wasn't working and I tried to get it open, but was unsuccessful. Finally, she was able to get it open. Pros (+) It meet my expectations, I knew it wasn’t a luxury hotel. It nice to have breakfast at the hotel before leaving for the day. One less thing to worry about. The staff was nice.
Cons (-) My only complaint was the towels were old and stiff. Not soft at all.

Pros (+) The staff was friendly and responsive.
Cons (-) The bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was lacking. We made it down to eat by 7:30. A large group had already finished up and most of the food was gone. There didn't seem to be any attempt made to restock for everyone else who would need to eat in the next hour and a half.

Pros (+) The pool was great! My grandchildren came to visit & we had a good afternoon swimming.
Cons (-) It was fine, but the bed was soft. The price was excellent for what we got.
