Cons (-) Loved the suite and location. The staff was very professional and helpful. I did not like the soap and shampoo dispensers. Had to be pumped multiple times for even a little to come out. Small bottles like most other hotels would be more convenient.

Pros (+) I loved the location in the middle of the action in Reykjavik 101. The front desk staff was very helpful and the desk is always staffed. I knew I booked a nice room but the quality took me by surprise!
Cons (-) The room was a little loud during the weekend as it is situated near the downtown bar scene. The noise wasn't bad and should be expected when you book a room That close to the action! Bring a set if earplugs or participate at the bars and you'll be fine.
