Pros (+) 1st room smelled of smoke and when I went to office they gave us another room that was non smoking. Office personal was very nice and new room was smoke free.
Cons (-) For the price it was great. Last time we stayed in Richland the hotel we stayed at wouldn't give us senior discount because we didn't do it online, TV didn't work, toilet plugged, their answer was to give us a plunger. So this one 100% better. And the price was 50%less!!

Pros (+) The cleanliness, low price and flexible cancellation policy.
Cons (-) The room was not comfortable. Lighting was florescence and harsh. No warmth or hominess to the place. The other guests were loud in the evening. Many smokers on the balcony and a few barking dogs. It was ok for one night, but I will never stay there again. I would try a Motel 6 at a different location, but I would check the room before paying.
